Pre-Season Training Details
All 7 a side players are invited to join our pre-season training program. This program is offered to players free of charge and we would love to see as many players as possible join in. Please RSVP your attendance by Monday 16 January.
Thursday 19th Jan - Bodyweight strengthening
Thursday 26th Jan - Core control and stability
Thursday 2nd Feb - Turning and landing
Thursday 9th Feb - Attacking movements
Year 7 & 8 - 5pm until 6pm
College - 6pm until 7pm
Seniors - 7pm until 8pm
